The bridge is designed for Railway loading (25T – 2008). Total Length of Bridge – 183.40m (7 Spans of 26.20m). Carriageway width – 1.676m (Broad gauge Line) and Total width -6.85m & 4.90m (Deck).

Type of Sub Structure & Foundation – Hollow Pier & Spill Through type abutment (Max Height of Pier
– 35m), Open & Pile Foundation.

Type of Super Structure – Steel Composite Super Structure (Steel Girder + RCC Deck Slab) as per RDSO standard criteria.

The bridge was situated in valley portion with small river flowing between two abutments. The work also includes design of high embankments up to 30m Height with pitching and toe wall at ends. The GAD & proposal has been approved by SOUTH East Central Railway, Bilaspur.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

The scope of work includes preparation of GADs, Hydraulic Calculations, Cost Estimates and detailed engineering with detailed design and working drawings for all structural components. It includes approval of GAD from Railway authority and approval of working drawings from Proof Consultant (M/s Aarvee Associates).
